Shipping Information:
Items are shipped Monday - Friday. On occassion we will also ship items on Saturdays. For Domestic shipments, you will receive an email once your item ships with a tracking number. Tracking via USPS only shows the delivery status, it does not show the status of the item in transit. For International customers, you will also receive an email with the Customs tracking number.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We have a 30-Day return policy. If your item is defective or damaged, please email us within 7 days of receiving item and we will provide instructions on returning your item. We can then either exchange your item or give you a refund for the merchandise.
